Kissandhan recognizes the importance of being an organized player in the Agriculture Sector of India. We have implemented several Employee Engagement Initiatives for the employees for an inclusive growth of the organization. The details of the rolled out programs are mentioned below:
We marked the day with a get-together with all our female counterparts with the opening address by our Group CEO on Women Empowerment.
We celebrated Independence Day on 14th Aug in office with a Tri Colour dress code and the best dressed employees were given the prizes by Group CEO. Also, to enable participation of families of the employees, a Drawing Competition was organized for employees’ children and prizes were handed over to the winners of the competition.
“Festival of Lights” was celebrated with great pomp and show. We marked the festivities by celebrating the entire week as “Diwali Week” and each day throughout the week were activities in which every employee participated with great enthusiasm. We had Tambola, Antakshari, Cold Drinking, Candle Lighting Competitions & the winners were given shopping vouchers. We also conducted Best Ethnic Wear Competition who were titled as Mr. & Ms. Kissandhan.
For active involvement of families, we invited Employees’ family members in office and it was wonderful to see small kids running around to meet Santa.
To boost the morale of employees, we recognize Best Employee every month to encourage the hard work & efforts put in by the employees.
Kissandhan actively organizes activities & quiz competitions for the employees regularly to cheer up the teams.
The employees are encouraged to refer their friends/ex-colleagues to take up job opportunity with our company. After the interview, the candidate goes for the training. If he becomes an employee of Kissandhan and continues to serve our company for minimum of 3 months period, then the Employee who had introduced him would be rewarded for the same.
