He is an MBA from FSM, Delhi & has been the Managing Partner & Promoter of SLCM since 1996. He is a veteran with diversified and rich experience of more than three decades in the areas like commodity storage, procurement, commodities market, trading, processing, warehousing & financial services in the agriculture sector. Sandeep has a strong presence in top-line business publications & channels that often look for his comments/ thoughts on issues pertaining to the industry.

Sandeep was conferred with the Most Innovative CEO by Inc India recognizing his innovations in the industry. He has also been conferred with Certification on US Warehouse Receipt System from The Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture and The Texas A & M University. He is a member of Executive Committee of Warehouse Development and Regulatory Act (WDRA). He is also a member of FICCI Committee which was appointed by the Government of India to study the warehousing model of United States of America.

Vijay, a qualified chartered Accountant, is a seasoned professional having 20 plus years of experience in managing F&A, Budgeting, Business operations, Financial analytics, Risk and Liability Management, Audits and various business strategic interventions. He has been a banker in his earlier experiences and has also worked in NBFC. In his career he has been instrumental in managing critical audits, raising liability lines and helping business operations with impactful budgeting and also spearheaded the IPO exercises.

In his career he has been associated with the ICICI Bank Limited, Cent bank home finance limited, Netafim in leadership positions. His last association was with Livfin India Pvt Ltd, where he was leading the finance function as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretarial.

A Techno-legal professional, who is Post graduate Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi besides having an M. Phil degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Degree in Law. He has served as one of the Director Generals with Military Engineer Services and has more than 45 years’ experience in public Procurement, logistics and related infrastructure from operational levels to Strategic level. He is also a Fellow of number of Technical, Legal, and Arbitral institutions and has presented several papers in National and International conferences. He currently serves as Arbitrator on the panels of a large number of High Courts, Arbitration Institutions and Government Organizations, besides being on the panel of Central Vigilance Commission of India as Independent External Monitor for monitoring integrity pact of high value Government procurement and also on the panel of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as Independent Quality Auditor for Highways and Border roads.

Shalu is a Partner in Luthra & Luthra LLP, Chartered Accountants and a practicing Chartered Accountant from last 21 years (post qualification experience) and has advised/provided consultancy on various matters including Manufacturing and Service Industry. She is also a partner in an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) by IBBI, M/s Luthra & Luthra Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors LLPs. She has been engaged and providing services as IRP/RP/Liquidator since Jan 2019 and have handled 8 assignments directly as IRP/RP/liquidator.
