He has also been conferred with Certification on US Warehouse Receipt System from The Norman Borlaug Institute for International Agriculture and The Texas A & M University. He is a member of Executive Committee of Warehouse Development and Regulatory Act (WDRA). He is also a member of FICCI Committee which was appointed by the Government of India to study the warehousing model of United States of America.

Vijay, a qualified chartered Accountant, is a seasoned professional having 20 plus years of experience in managing F&A, Budgeting, Business operations, Financial analytics, Risk and Liability Management, Audits and various business strategic interventions. He has been a banker in his earlier experiences and has also worked in NBFC. In his career he has been instrumental in managing critical audits, raising liability lines and helping business operations with impactful budgeting and also spearheaded the IPO exercises.

In his career he has been associated with the ICICI Bank Limited, Cent bank home finance limited, Netafim in leadership positions. His last association was with Livfin India Pvt Ltd, where he was leading the finance function as the Chief Financial Officer and Secretarial.

Gurinder is a seasoned professional having 30 years of expertise in business development with hands-on experience in cultural and economic affairs across NBFCs and sectors. In his career, he has been instrumental in managing NBFC’S (LAP, MSME, SME Loans, Agri Loans, Micro-LAP, Cars (New and Used), CV, CE, Tractors, Bill Discounting, Auto-Lease, Unsecured PL & BL, LAS and Micro JLG Loans). He has been associated with companies like SV Creditline, Poonawalla Fincorp, Agriwise FinServ, Religare Finvest Ltd & Magma Fincorp at CXO levels. Last few years he had been running his own startup Acehours as co-founder.

A Techno-legal professional, who is Post graduate Civil Engineer from IIT Delhi besides having an M. Phil degree in Defence and Strategic Studies and a Degree in Law. He has served as one of the Director Generals with Military Engineer Services and has more than 45 years’ experience in public Procurement, logistics and related infrastructure from operational levels to Strategic level. He is also a Fellow of number of Technical, Legal, and Arbitral institutions and has presented several papers in National and International conferences. He currently serves as Arbitrator on the panels of a large number of High Courts, Arbitration Institutions and Government Organizations, besides being on the panel of Central Vigilance Commission of India as Independent External Monitor for monitoring integrity pact of high value Government procurement and also on the panel of Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as Independent Quality Auditor for Highways and Border roads.

Shalu is a Partner in Luthra & Luthra LLP, Chartered Accountants and a practicing Chartered Accountant from last 21 years (post qualification experience) and has advised/provided consultancy on various matters including Manufacturing and Service Industry. She is also a partner in an Insolvency Professional Entity (IPE) by IBBI, M/s Luthra & Luthra Restructuring and Insolvency Advisors LLPs. She has been engaged and providing services as IRP/RP/Liquidator since Jan 2019 and have handled 8 assignments directly as IRP/RP/liquidator.

Remika Agarwal is the Country Head- India for Creation Investments Capital Management, LLC. She is an accomplished finance professional with over 16 years of financial market experience having worked across NBFCs, MFIs, HFCs, Banks, FinTech and other sectors. She has led Creation's investments in various companies in India and actively works with Creation's India portfolio. She has in her erstwhile roles also launched several innovative products and set up and expanded new verticals. Remika is a qualified risk professional and is a FRM (GARP) and PRM (PRMIA) charter holder. She has completed her MBA in Finance from MDI Gurgaon and BSc in Economics from St. Xaviers' College, Kolkata.

Rahul is a Partner at Incofin India. He joined Incofin in 2019. He has over eighteen years of experience across private equity, structured finance and internal auditing. Prior to Incofin, Rahul was a founding member of Rabobank’s private equity business in India in 2008. With specialist private equity investing experience of eleven years in the agri food sector, Rahul is responsible for guiding proprietary deal sourcing efforts at Incofin and for strategically advising entrepreneurs to help realise the full potential of their ventures.

Rahul is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School, Boston and has also completed the Private Equity Program at the Indian School of Business. He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and holds an undergraduate degree in economics.

Laurent Aguilar is a principal in the Financial Inclusion Equity team at ResponsAbility Investments AG. With nine years at ResponsAbility, he leads Asian operations across both Southeast Asia and South Asia. His extensive geographical experience spans Latin America, Eastern Europe, Africa, and Asia, covering a broad range of financial institutions—from traditional microfinance to innovative fintech.

Laurent holds a Master of Science in Finance from HEC Lausanne. He began his career at Credit Agricole, one of Europe’s leading banks, and throughout his career he has developed deep expertise in lending practices.
